7. Recruitment and Candidate Data

As a recruitment and staffing agency licensed under the Swiss Federal Act on Private Employment Agencies and Staff Leasing (AVG/LSE), we process candidate data in accordance with the following principles:

  • Purpose limitation: We collect candidate data (CV, qualifications, contact details) solely for the purpose of matching candidates with suitable positions at our clients (Art. 7(3) and Art. 18(3) AVG).
  • Data sharing with clients: Your application data may be shared with the prospective employer or client company for which the position is being recruited. This sharing is limited to what is necessary for the recruitment process.
  • Consent for references: If we obtain professional references about you, we will seek your prior consent (Art. 19(1)(b) AVV).
  • Post-application retention: After a recruitment process is completed, your data will be deleted unless you provide explicit consent for us to retain it for future opportunities. Contractual records may be retained for up to 10 years as required by Swiss law.
  • Open/spontaneous applications: If you submit an open application, your data will be retained for up to 12 months to match you with future opportunities, unless you request earlier deletion.
  • Right to deletion: You may request the deletion of your candidate data at any time by contacting us at legal@tsgcorp.ch.

Under the nFADP/nLPD and GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
